What is included in the starting price?
The tiers are starting points for a conversation. Your written scope and quote define the actual pages, features, integrations, revision rounds, devices, timeline, and acceptance criteria. Domain, hosting, provider, and other recurring costs are identified separately.
Will my site look like ScoutSeek?
Your business gets its own design. We use discovery to shape your navigation, customer journeys, brand, content, and any portal or account needs. ScoutSeek is part of our building experience, not a template imposed on your project.
Who owns the domain and accounts?
You own your domain and registrar recovery access. Critical hosting, email, CRM, analytics, commerce, booking, and merchant accounts are client-owned by default. We use named access with only the permissions the work requires.
How does maintenance work?
Scoped maintenance is $99/month, with no required initial term. You can cancel prospectively at any time. Your agreement defines covered work, the service end date, accrued invoices, provider costs, data export, and transition arrangements.
Can I purchase or transfer the code?
An optional code purchase or transfer has a separately accepted price and covers only legally and technically transferable client-specific code and handoff materials. It does not automatically include background IP, provider or third-party code, nontransferable licenses, secrets, or accounts. You do not have to purchase code to cancel maintenance.
How do we get started?
Send a short project inquiry below. We will discuss fit, discovery, and a written scope and quote. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or create a subscription. A scoped pilot can use a company invoice and approved bank payment; online checkout is not required.
